Taking The Leap

Taking The Leap

Today was the day.

I have been a software engineer for just over 20 years.  I've built a home and raised my children on the fruits of those labors.

But things have changed. I used to code for the love of it. Now, it's only a paycheck.  I miss the joy of creating elegant solutions to code problems.  Maybe I'll get that back....

Because today, I tendered my resignation, packed up a backpack full of my personal stuff, and left the IT world forever. I am now a full-time, work-from-home internet marketer and entrepreneur.

It gives me a thrill of excitement to say that... and I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!

About the Author

Hey there! I'm a software developer and geek turned internet marketer living in beautiful Denver, Colorado. When I'm not blogging about internet marketing or working on my other websites, I like to attend science-fiction conventions, ride my Cannondale F-7, and play on the XBox. My current obsession outside of building online businesses is Elite: Dangerous.
